Description**Position is open to Lakeville, MN. location or
Washington, IL. location**

Summary: Develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements and
standards for the development and manufacture of quality products.
Serve as main quality contact person regarding part acceptability
and work directly with production, sales, and engineering to meet
customer expectations. While working with QA Manager and
leadership, assists BTD departments in problem-solving, corrective
actions, and internal and external quality audits. Is a resource to
train and improve operator awareness in regards to achieving
customer quality expectations and requirements. Communicate all
improvements made to ensure accurate future estimates and
processing plans of current products.

Essential Functions:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong knowledge
of BTD manufacturing or quality department experience or previous
outside experience. Strong Customer Print reading skills and part
application.
Experience and Skills Required: At least two years of recent BTD
experience in operations, manufacturing engineering or quality
(outside experience in similar organizations with similar processes
may substitute) which include the following skills and
abilities:

Compensation Salary Range: Paygrade OTC9 ($61,800 - $92,700
Washington, IL.) ($66,435 - $99,653 Lakeville, MN.) *The range for
this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and
local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to
include an individual's job-related knowledge, skills, experience,
and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. Please
keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary
range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be
typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The
range provided above does not include additional compensation such
as bonus, health benefits, vacation, 401(k) match, etc.
