AND
SAT & SUN - 10:00PM - 10:00 AM -5th shift: -($1.10/hr)MON & FRI - 10:00AM - 6:00PM
AND
SAT & SUN 10:00AM - 10:00PM -Set-up, operate and maintain a variety of CNC, ASM and Chucker machines and perform required checks to maintain qualityKey Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate and maintain a variety of CNC/ASM machines which perform a variety of operations such as, but not limited to; boring, reaming, turning, milling, drilling, tapping, etc.
• Performs specified quality checks on piece parts, trial run and experimental parts using a variety of standard and special measuring devices to maintain quality of parts produced.Primary Equipment
  CNC/ASM Milling machines
  CNC/ASM Turning machines
  Related machine Tooling; ie cutters, drills, boring bars, etc.
  Anorad machinesAuxiliary Equipment
  Drills, tappers, mills, turning, etc.
  Precision measuring instruments.The annual base salary range for this position is . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.   • HS Diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience at level B6 with demonstrated productivity skills and ability.
  • Satisfactory Completion of geometric tolerancing ACE course or equivalent.
  • 40 hours of CNC training and 6 months evaluation period.

  • 1800 hours of vocational machinist training or equivalent outside machine shop experience with a 60 Day Review and 6 months evaluation period.WE VALUE
    • Able to work in a "work cell" environment and dedicated to high quality of work.
    • Machine Shop working environment.
    • Typical dexterity to set up and operate CNC/ASM equipment.
    • Must work with coolant and oil materials.
    • Must wear safety glasses with side shields.
    • Must maintain good housekeeping practices.
