**Program Supervisor Opportunity in Mankato**
Seeking a natural leader to supervise a single program supporting 4-8 individuals with mental health illnesses in residential settings.
**Key Responsibilities:**

• 
  
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals
  
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, including delivery of supports, person-centered plans, health care, advocacy, and regulatory compliance
  
• Ensure individuals are supported with dignity and respect
  
  **Requirements:**
  
  • 
    
  • High School diploma or equivalent
    
  • One year Mental Health experience
    
  • Must be 18 years or older
    
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
    
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and those served
    
  • Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained
