are seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Development
Representative to join our thriving construction company. This is
an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to
contribute to the growth and success of our business. The
successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new
business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with
potential and existing clients, and driving the company's sales
efforts. This position requires a driven individual with a proven
track record in business development, preferably in the
construction or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will
understand CRM systems and be comfortable making calls and
executing marketing strategies to generate leads and close deals.
Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement effective business
development strategies to drive the company's growth and
profitability.2. Identify, qualify, and secure business
opportunities by cultivating and maintaining business relationships
with existing clients and stakeholders.3. Coordinate business
generation activities and manage complex negotiations with
senior-level executives.4. Utilize CRM systems, particularly
Hubspot, to manage and track customer engagement and sales
activity.5. Conduct market research to identify new business
opportunities and understand customer needs.6. Collaborate with
internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any
issues that may arise.7. Prepare and deliver compelling
presentations to clients and stakeholders.8. Participate in
industry events and conferences to generate business leads and stay
updated on the latest industry trends.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
field.
- Experience in business development, sales, and lead
generation
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving
business growth.
- Experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in CRM software, Hubspot is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and
